What happens on a Sunday Morning?

Feel free to arrive before the service starts and get to know a few people. There are always lots of people to chat to who will be happy to help you out. At the beginning of the service, we’ll start with about half an hour of sung worship led by our vibrant worship teams. We love to make space for God to move and to speak to us in these times. If the person at the front stops singing, it’s not because they’ve forgotten the words, often we just want to give people an opportunity to hear God or connect with Him during our time together. After worship, someone from our teaching team will share something from the Bible. We believe that the Word of God is truth for our lives and there’s so much we can learn from it. After this we may have more worship or we may give people an opportunity to respond to the message or receive prayer for any area that they wish God to move in. Every other week we take communion together which is where we eat bread and drink wine to remember Jesus’ death and resurrection. After the service there’s lots of time to grab a coffee in our coffee shop and get to know others in the family!

Parking

We have a number of parking spaces at the back and front of our building that are dedicated to visitors as well as a number of blue badge spaces for those who need accessible parking. We also have parking attendants who can direct you to find a suitable parking. There is a step free entrance to the side of the building.

We have managed to secure some more parking for our Sunday meetings in addition to the parking at Busy Bees nursery school on Hatfield Road opposite Smallford Farm Shop.

Please take a look at the map below, where Box FX in the neighbouring estate (where Dunelm is) have kindly offered their parking spaces to us and also advised that there is plenty of off road parking available too. Just please do not park in the bay by the shutter.
Right behind their parking is an entrance to the Alban Way which will bring you to the bottom of Lyon way and then up to FTC in just a short walk.
