What happens on a Sunday?
Feel free to arrive before the service starts and grab yourself a coffee and get to know a few people. There are always lots of people to chat to who will be happy to help you out. At the beginning of the service, we’ll start with about half an hour of sung worship led by our vibrant worship teams. We love to make space for God to move and to speak to us in these times. If the person at the front stops singing, it’s not because they’ve forgotten the words, often we just want to give people an opportunity to hear God or connect with Him during our time together. After worship, someone from our teaching team will share something from the Bible. We believe that the Word of God is truth for our lives and there’s so much we can learn from it. After this we may have more worship or we may give people an opportunity to respond to the message or receive prayer for any area that they wish God to move in. Every other week we take communion together which is where we eat bread and drink wine to remember Jesus’ death and resurrection. After the service there’s lots of time to grab a coffee and get to know others in the family!
